  • Work with the leadership team and process owners, to ensure conformance and effectiveness of the Business Management System by reviewing the company’s standard and established procedures.

    Services Include:

    • Perform audits of QMS based on key processes identified in the client’s Quality Manual. The audit can be done all at once (Consecutive Days) or in multiple sessions throughout the year.

    • If the company has additional processes or customer-specific audits to be performed, additional time can be arranged.

  • This is where we look under the hood of business system to identify areas that will enhance the organization’s process performance. This is done by performing key process audits based on compliance and effectiveness, identify opportunities for improvement, and facilitate the management review.

    Services Include:

    • Perform Business System Audits Internal Audits.

    • Facilitate Management Review.

    • Work with the leadership team to identify and update company risks and opportunities.

    • Update and evaluate the company’s quality objectives and KPIs as needed.

    • Attend Certification Body Audit based on availability.

  • Enhance the organization’s business by working with the leadership team and process owners to identify areas of improvement though observations, help maintain the QMS, perform Internal Audits and give the leadership team timely feedback.

    Services Include:

    • Perform Business System Audits.

    • Support evaluating non-conformances and corrective actions.

    • Update and evaluate the company’s quality objectives.

    • Identify process improvements projects.

    • Recommend documented procedures improvements.

    • Facilitate Management Review and Steering Committee meetings.

    • Update the company’s Risk and Opportunities Log and Interested Parties and Context of the Organization Log in accordance with the company’s QMS.

    • Attend Certification Body Audit based on availability.
