Process Improvement Training

  • This customizable training is based on your company’s needs. It is a long-term solutions-based approach which takes into account the company’s culture and objectives, its needs and the outcomes needed to improve profits, reduce waste and increase to employee engagement.

Internal Auditor Training

  • Flawless Processes has developed a Systems Based Approach (vs. the typical Clause Based Approach). This allows participants to gain a thorough understanding using a holistic approach of how decisions and actions in one department affect the outcomes in another department. The course teaches participants to think of the standards as a Business Management System rather than as a Quality Management System.

Leadership Mentoring

  • This one-on-one, personalized training is arranged between Flawless Processes and the mentee and is completely customized to fit the needs of the mentee and the mentee’s company. This training is varied in duration, scope and frequency.

Leadership Training

  • This unique course focuses on several factors that helps participants learn important skills that are often missing in today’s companies. It includes topics such as: problem solving, facilitating, time management, organization, communication skills, and how to be a leader, not a boss.
