How will implementing ISO help my company?
Over the years I have found that when the leadership team is fully engaged views the QSM as a Business System it is very effective in helping an organization’s objective by improving communication, continually improving, and standardizing their processes.

Will putting in a system add paperwork and forms?
FP is dedicated to adding only procedures, work instructions, and forms only where it will be of benefit to the company (value-added) and those that are required by the applicable standard and will help that company be effective.

How long will an implementation take?
Unfortunately, there is no clear answer to this. It will depend on many factors, the standard and applicable scope that will benefit the company, available internal resources, and customer requirements.

Once our company becomes certified how do we maintain the system?
A company can either train their employees to conduct the process reviews or this can be performed by an external provider such as FP.

What is the advantage to hiring an external provider to perform our process reviews?
It reduces the time that employees are temporarily removed from their positions to perform the audits thus slowing down production. It also allows the company to know that the audit is being performed by an expert in the field.
